If the deposit has not been credited after two hours, then please get in touch with Customer Support via Live Chat or email, and please ensure that you have the following information ready:

  • b) Time of deposit.
  • c) Deposit amount.
  • d) Content of any error messages received during the deposit process.
  • e) A screenshot of the transaction from your payment account displaying your full name, account number, and transaction details if the funds were deducted.
